His first victory came against Erskine on January 17, while also knocking off North Greenville, Belmont Abbey, Charleston, and Catawba for the first time. Deklan Wingo had a monumental season, racking up IVA Offensive Player of the Week (twice), AVCA National Player of the Week, IVA All-Tournament, IVA Player of the Year, IVA All-Conference first team, TU Male Athlete of the Year, and AVCA All-America honorable mention. He became the first in program history to reach 1,000 kills, while leading the country in attacks per set (10.11), kills per set (5.05), and points per set (5.77). Morgan Makovec earned IVA second team honors as well as an IVA Offensive Player of the Week laurel. Taylor West also became the first to reach 500 career digs. In the classroom, men's volleyball had eight student-athletes named to the TU Fall Athletic Director's Honor Roll, with 10 on the spring list, and two earned the D2ADA Academic Achievement Award.
