ROCK HILL, S.C. --- Tusculum University freshman attacker Elisha Stack has been named the South Atlantic Conference WePlayed Sports Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week for the week ending March 2, the SAC office announced Monday.
Stack tied the program single-game record with 12 points in a 17-13 win over North Greenville on Wednesday, and followed up with three goals as the Pioneers defeated Catawba 11-6 in their SAC opener on Saturday.
Against North Greenville, Stack had five goals and seven assists to tie the single-game record of 12 points set by Savannah Elliott against Converse on Feb. 16, 2017, while her seven assists are tied for the second-most in a game in program history. In the victory over Catawba, Stack finished with three goals as the Pioneers won their league opener for the first time since 2020.
The Lockport, Illinois native leads the Pioneers in goals (14), assists (9) and points (23) through six games, ranking sixth in the SAC in goals, fourth in assists and fifth in points.
The Pioneers (4-2, 1-0 SAC) host Newberry on Saturday, March 8 at 4 p.m. at Pioneer Field.
