Dylan Sharpe is entering his first season as an assistant coach in the fall of 2025.

Sharpe spent the previous two seasons at the University of the Cumberlands, serving as the team's offensive coordinator and goalkeeper coach in 2025 after one year as defenseive coordinator and goalie coach. He helped the Patriots to a 13-5 overall record and the NAIA national championship game, with four All-American selections and five All-Appalachian Athletic Conference selections.

In addition to the men's program, the New Westminster, British Columbia native was a volunteer assistant specializing in goalkeeper development for the UC women's team. He helped the squad to the NAIA national championship game and an overall record of 17-4 during the 2025 campaign.

In his first season at UC, Sharpe helped the Patriots earn a 14-5 overall record, a 6-3 conference mark, and a fourth-place finish at the NAIA National Tournament. His defensive corps produced the AAC Defensive Player of the Year, seven All-Conference honorees, and six NAIA All-Americans.

Prior to UC, Sharpe served as a student assistant coach at Keiser University in 2023, working under the NAIA Coach of the Year during the program's run to a national championship. He also gained early coaching experience with the New Westminster Salmonbellies club program in British Columbia, where he coached both field and box lacrosse.

Sharpe was a member of the inaugural team for the Keiser men's lacrosse program as a four-year member, helping the Seahawks to four NAIA National Championship appearances and two AAC Conference Championships. He earned All-Conference honors in 2019 and 2021 and graduated among the program's top five in goals, assists, points, and ground balls.

Sharpe earned his bachelors degree in business administration and marketing from Keiser in 2023 and completed his master of executive business degree at the University of the Cumberlands in 2025.
