PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. --- The Tusculum University men's golf team finished tied for seventh place at the 2026 Spring Bulldog Clash which was held at the par-70, 6,317-yard Caledonia Golf & Fish Club. The event was hosted by Barton College.

The Pioneers carded a 54-hole total 883 including Tuesday's final round 298.

USC Aiken won the team title with 857, 10 shots better than runner-up Lenoir-Rhyne (867). Coker was third with 873, Newberry (874) was fourth and the duo of King and Erskine tied for fifth at 876. Tusculum and Southern Wesleyan tied for seventh at 883, followed by Union, Tenn. (884), Rogers State (886), Barton (887), Cedarville (888), Chowan (889), Arkansas-Fort Smith (892), East Central (900), Belmont Abbey (900), North Greenville (904), Fayetteville State (911), Ferrum (924) and Montana State-Billings (929).

Tusculum's Gavin Sells posted a 54-hole total 73-73-72=218 to tie for 15^th place. Buster O'Callaghan placed 28^th with 70-76-75=221, George Evans finished 34^th with 77-72-73=222, Joe Stevenson was 63^rd with 75-71-82=228 and Marinus Jeebe tied for 74^th with 75-77-78=230.

Lenoir-Rhyne's Sean Finan claimed individual medalist honors as he finished in red numbers with 70-70-69=209 (-1), two shots ahead of tournament runner-up Aiden Hibbard of Cedarville (74-68-69=211).

Tusculum returns to action Mar. 9-10 as they travel to South Carolina for the Greenwood Men's Invitational.
