Jacob Bayha was appointed to the Tusculum University football staff in the Summer of 2021 where he serves as a graduate assistant coach on defense. He will be working with the TU defensive linemen while also serving as the program Director of Football Operations.

Bayha previously served on the coaching staff at NCAA FCS Robert Morris University in Moon Township, Pennsylvania where he served as a defensive assistant coach. He worked primarily with the linebackers and defensive linemen.

He served two years at Alfred University where he coached the offensive line in 2018 and the tight ends the following season in 2019. He assisted with film breakdown, running the scout defense and handled the recruiting responsibilities for Syracuse and Albany New York as well as the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. He mentored All-Empire 8 Conference first team offensive lineman Wes Senn as well as All-League tight end EJ Staniszewski.

He also coached at the Semi-Professional left with the Cologne Falcons in Germany where he was the offensive line coach in 2016.

He played collegiately at Washington & Jefferson College where he starred four seasons on the offensive line for the Presidents from 2013-2016. While at the Washington, Pennsylvania school, he served as a student coach during the 2017 season at his alma mater.

He graduated from Washington & Jefferson in 2017 with a bachelor of arts degree while majoring in business administration with a focus in international business and German. He earned his MBA from Alfred University in 2020.
