Primary Sport Responsibilities: Men's Soccer, Men's Basketball (Varsity & JV), Men's & Women's Cross Country/Track & Field

Michael Davis was named to the Tusculum University athletic training staff in the Summer of 2021. He is the primary athletic training contact for the sports of men's soccer, men's basketball and the TU track & field team.

He previous served as the head athletic trainer at Atlantic Coast High School where he was affiliated with the Jacksonville Sports Medicine program. He served in that role from 2019-2021. He served as an outreach athletic trainer with Orthopedic Associates of St. Augustine where he worked with various youth soccer tournaments. He also worked with H2Health Athletic Trainer Outreach with Trinity Baptist College as he worked with the sports of men's and women's basketball, softball and baseball.

He holds membership with the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) and is certified CPR, First Aid and CITI training.

Davis graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree while majoring in athletic training. While at South Carolina, he worked with the sports of football, basketball and served a clinic rotation for recreational sports and high school athletics. He earned his Masters of Kinesiology from Jacksonville University in 2021.
