Printup, Oller named Zaxby's Athletes of the Week

GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- Tusculum basketball forward TJ Printup and volleyball middle blocker Karris Oller have been named the Zaxby's Athletes of the Week.

Printup, a junior from Adairsville, Georgia, averaged 15.0 points and 8.5 rebounds per game as the Pioneers split its two games at the Conference Tip-Off Challenge in Murfreesboro, North Carolina. He went 8-of-18 (44%) from the field including a pair of three-pointers. He shot 12-of-19 (63%) from the free throw line and averaged 3.0 assists, 3.0 steals and 3.0 blocked shots per contest.

He opened the season with 13 points and 12 rebounds in TU's 97-72 win over Clayton State in the season-opener. He went 7-of-10 from the free throw line while dishing out four assists to go with his three blocked shots. He followed that effort with 17 points, five rebounds and a career-best five steals against host Chowan.

Oller, a sophomore from Thornton, Colorado, averaged 3.71 digs per set and posted a .406 hitting percentage in Tusculum's final two regular-season matches. She recorded 26 total digs in 64 attacks with only one hitting error to her credit.

She posted 14 kills and a .448 hitting percentage in Tusculum's 3-0 sweep over Emory & Henry. She followed with 13 kills with 36 attacks and zero hitting errors for a .361 attack percentage in the regular-season finale at Mars Hill.
