GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- Due to the threat of inclement weather from Hurricane Florence, the South Atlantic Conference football opener between Tusculum University and Limestone College has been moved up 24 hours and will be held Friday night.
The kickoff between the Pioneers (1-1) and Saints (0-2) is set for 7 p.m. from the Niswonger Sports Complex and Pioneer Field. Friday is also Military Appreciation Night as all current or former members of the U.S. Armed Forces will be admitted free.
The game was originally scheduled for Saturday night, but due to the forecast of weather associated with Hurricane Florence, the administrations of both Tusculum and Limestone agreed to the schedule change.
Tusculum is coming off Saturday's 61-14 road win at Shorter University.
