Tusculum Receiving Votes in NSCAA/adidas Poll

Pioneers have won nine of their last 10 matches.

KANSAS CITY, Kan. --- The Tusculum College women’s soccer team is listed in the latest National Soccer Coaches’ Association of America poll, ranking fourth in the Southeast Region and receiving votes in the national table.

Tusculum (10-3, 3-1 SAC) has won eight of its last nine matches, including a 1-0 victory over Newberry College in South Atlantic Conference play on Saturday. The Pioneers boast one of the top attacking units in the nation this season, ranking among the NCAA Division II leaders averaging 2.38 goals per match.

Tusculum returns to the pitch on Wednesday when the Pioneers host Mars Hill College to continue their conference schedule. The match is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. at Pioneer Field.
